Kong worked with several established financial planning practices in Canberra before joining AvSuper.  He has also worked on the AvSuper Investments Team.  With over ten years’ experience in financial services, Kong has developed a wealth of knowledge in broader financial advising.

As a father of two young children, Kong enjoys spending time with his family.  In spare moments, Kong likes to give back to the community and country by providing service to the Australian Army Reserves.

Since moving to Canberra to study a Bachelor of Commerce at the ANU, Jess has had experience working for the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC) and retail financial planning firms. Jess is passionate about providing AvSuper members and stakeholders with clear, concise information to assist them with their superannuation needs.
